Kings landing. beth-anne's favourite place. it's a pretend village from the eighteen hundreds where you can see peasants cook food and stuff.
there were animals that were smelly and the houses where the peasants lived weren't much better. there were houses with rooms furnished in olden day furniture and they explain things. the peasants weren't very nice because they show you all the food that they cook and they don't even offer you anything. how's that eh? they invite you into their homes and they don't even give you any of the food they cook. they had porks and potatoes and they had apple pie in dutch ovens.
we went to the printing store where a man as old as the tools in the store showed us how printing went on back in the olden days. and we went to a timber mill where a huge water wheel made the timber mill work, just like the olden days.
then we went apple picking and everyone ate them too. the apples were cheap as chips and tasty, apparently. richard doesn't eat apples.
